Drew Schroeder first founded Drew Co Realty, but he soon realized he wanted something more—a fresh start with a team that truly felt like family. He set out to build a company where every agent feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

I’m Drew Schroeder and I eat, sleep, breathe real estate. That’s a little aggressive… I also love my family, the Hoosiers, playing tennis, food (shout out Grouper Rachel), traveling, music, and making people laugh. To piggyback off that last one, I love people in general, which is why I got into real estate back in 2004. Since then, I have helped countless people find their dream homes and made some of the best friends. Networking is a passion of mine, which is why I hope to link all of you with the best agents in the greater Indianapolis area.

Hi there, I’m Lindsay Schroeder! I have worked in real estate off and on since 2009, but since 2021 I’ve been full-time as an agent. I thrive off people and building lasting relationships. To me, buying and selling a home is so much more than a transaction, it’s a lifelong connection!
I attended Purdue University, Go Boilers! I now live in Fishers with my three crazy kids and husband, Drew. I love traveling all over the Indianapolis area taking my kids to all the sporting events. I also love gardening, playing tennis, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.

Howdy! My name is Brady Simpson, and I’ve been in real estate for nine years. I first got into real estate because I’ve always had a passion for buying and selling, especially when it comes to investment properties. Now, as part of the MatchLink Realty team, I’m focused on making the buying and selling process as smooth and exciting as possible for my clients.
I grew up in Swayzee, Indiana, but I’ve always loved the energy of Indianapolis— there’s never a shortage of things to do, and I enjoy meeting new people every day. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out on the water, at a concert, or spending time with family and friends.

Hi! My name is Ashley Braun. Born and raised in Marion, Indiana (Go Giants!) I’ve been blessed to call Indiana home for most of my life. After earning a Marketing degree from Miami University of Ohio and working in sales in Cincinnati, I returned to Indiana to be closer to family. I later pursued my passion for helping others by earning a Master’s in Health Administration from IU School of Medicine, leading to a career in healthcare with IU Health.
Now living in Westfield for over 10 years, I balance cheering on my two kids at their many sports and school activities with my new chapter of being aREALTOR®. I absolutely love what I do, and I can’t wait to work with you!

Hi, I’m Rene Reynoso, and I’m excited to be part of the team! I started my real estate career in 2025, and in my first year as a REALTOR®, I sold 16 homes totaling $4.1 million—and even capped as a rookie!
Before real estate, I served 12 years in the Indiana Army National Guard as an infantry soldier, ROTC cadet, and logistics officer. I also spent four years with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, where I was honored as the Northwest District Officer of the Year.
I’m a proud Ben Davis High School graduate and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Military Leadership from IU Indianapolis. When I’m not helping clients find their dream homes, I love spending time with my wife, Pamela.
